Baby shower planning help?

You can have beer at your shower. I've been to many a catered baby shower with an open bar. As long as nobody who is pregnant is chugging it down who cares. It's just a party at the end of the day. I don't chili is the best idea but what about just seasoned ground beef. That way it can either taco salad or nachos. This is the standard at the baby showers my church throws and everybody love it.
