Do you like these names as double names?

One of my friends lives in the country and they do that there. It's a nice rural area though and they're very modern.. I haven't heard of it being common anywhere else lately, with the exceptions of Sarah Kate, Mary Kate, Anne Marie, ect. I like Leah Joy, but Madi Kate would be good if they both weren't nicknames. What about Ella Kate, Anna Kate, Lilly Kate, or Emma Kate?
