Top of keg where tap goes into is foaming all the time?

I have a kegerator and I'm all hooked up and dialed in. Beer is pouring perfectly, CO2 just at the right psi. The problem I'm having is where the tap goes into the keg, its foaming.. I let it settles, been 2 hours now and its still doing it. Any suggestions?
