Best workout plan for my schedule?

i am a college student and not so much of a newcomer in the gym. but for this summer, i have a job 4-5 days a week 8am to between 4 and 6pm. I want to be able to workout, and run, like i do normally at school. My job is delivering beer, and its a labor job, on your feet all day bending over picking up cases and 150lb kegs, so after work the last thing i want to do is run. My idea was to run and do abs maybe before work and then lift normally after work? I'm open to all suggestions thanks
