Throwing the perfect house party?

So next week im planning on having a 'reunion' party with all of my friends from high school. Im expecting there to be around 30-40 people at my house. I know alcohol and music are important, but how would you formulate a kick-a** party. Im thinking of even getting a keg or two. any suggestion. and please do not worry i will be responsible. we are all in college, im pretty sure most of us can handle our s**t
