What does dressy casual for a wedding mean to you? (Please read other info)?

I would say a nice pair of slacks and a pretty blouse, nothing too formal, but not jeans and a tshirt. I think potluck receptions are too cute! But wear something comfortable, but not too laid back. Black dress pants, kitten heel, and a dressy shirt, maybe.
