Alcohol for 150 person reception?

simpler solution - ditch the bar and particularly the hard liquor - your reception can go south big time with that much liquor around - why not just by lots and lots of champagne - Cook's is a nice brand, not too cheap, not too costly, and available at Sam's Club in Magnum bottles, 6 to the case about $6 a bottle - why risk a fight?
