When did the size of a keg of beer change?

I could swear when I worked at a bar back in the 60's and 70's a keg of beer was 19 1/2 gallons. Now I see that it is 15 1/2 gallons. When did it change?? Or did it change?? Did I just drink too much of it to recall??
